About Larry Palmer
I have been painting since the age of twelve. I have learned mostly from books and took a few classes in college, I worked on a degree in humanities with a focus in art. I had the good fortune of travelling throughout Europe and the Far East and I have seen Rembrandt, Picasso and Goya's, I love persian rugs, Afican art and Asian art. My paintings have been shown in Korea, Germany, and in the US. I have shown my art in Florida since the early eighties and was a member of studio 100 art gallery and the Homestead art club. Recently I was part of Les Beaux art gallery and starving artist gallery in Greenville SC.I am now showing at the Event Center in Punta Gorda and Englewood Florida. These are ongoing events that are displaying paintings...

I lived on saluda lake at the time, I am not sure of the composition just that fall colors were vivid wounderful area in south carolina.
